I have not noticed that the Post ever published this letter, or any letters relevant to Mr. Reynolds' column.

"Letters to the Editor"
New York Post
Dear Sirs:
Fabricated prosecutions of political enemies are "malicious" prosecutions; and these are Civil Rights offenses, violating the Equal Protection of the Law and other principles of Constitutional and natural justice. Yet, curiously, I do not hear this term very often. It is not used by Mr. Reynolds. Nor do I really hear the arguments that they are violations of Civil Rights. Reynolds doesn't do that either.
Somebody is out to lunch on this. The Courts keep waving through malicious prosecutions, which is understandable if the arguments are not even made. This lets a Stalinist like Senator [Elissa] Slotkin contemplate more of it without a qualm. Indeed, prosecutors engaging in malicious prosecutions should themselves be prosecuted, or at least sued; and a case might even be made that Slotkin herself is obviously engaged in a conspiracy to violate Civil Rights, or in making criminal threats. Mr. Reynolds knows tyranny when he sees it; but he has failed to pick up some of the weapons to fight it.
Yours truly,
Kelley L. Ross, Ph.D.
